A meeting of the PIANC Young Professionals Commission (YPCom) was held in Palermo Italy, on 29 September 2006 and attended by representatives from the UK, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, the USA and France. This was the first meeting of the commission, which plans to meet twice a year.
