Membership

Why Join?

Knowledge is your greatest asset. PIANC is a unique source of technical information on inland and maritime ports and waterways throughout the world. As a member you will receive:

  • quarterly International Bulletins with articles on various waterways problems and how they were resolved;
  • separate reports from a variety of technical committees;
  • and the opportunity to get personally involved in the study of navigation topics of international significance.

How to Join

Just complete an application form and return it to UK Section Secretariat at the ICE.

Membership Dues (2009) are:

Young Professional - Under 35 Years of Age £42.50
Individual Membership
£85
Small Corporate Membership
(up to 20 employees directly concerned with PIANC)
£450
Large Corporate Membership
(more than 40 employees directly concerned with PIANC)
£900

Membership fees are due in January of each year and are effective for the following 12 months.

In recognition of your membership, you will receive a membership certificate and your name will be forwarded to Brussels for incorporation into the membership rolls and will be published in the next International Membership Directory. 

You will also receive the PIANC Bulletin (published three times a year) and copies of all PIANC Working Group Reports.
